Returns and Refunds

We understand you might need a little more time over the festive period to return items to us. From Monday 1st November you can return your items to us for a refund or exchange up until Sunday 23rd January 2022 as long as they are accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. We are not able to process refunds or exchanges in-store between the dates of 26th and 28th December


We offer FREE returns at any of our JD stores.!! All payment methods refunded in store.

Take your despatch note and the goods you want to return. The store team will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange for orders paid by credit/debit cards only.

As soon as your return has been received and checked by our warehouse team, we’ll email you to let you know.

In the unlikely event that you haven’t received an email within 10 working days of returning your items. Contact our Customer Care Team and we’ll help you out. 

Make sure you let us know your original order number, which items you have returned and any delivery reference numbers when you contact us.

Please allow a further 3-5 days for your refund to show in your account.

Yes you can return your unwanted online or store bought items to any of our stores for FREE.

 

All orders can be returned online or instore within 14 days for free, or can be exchanged within 28 days in store for free. 

 

Head down to one of our JD stores, take your dispatch note and the goods you want to return, and the store team will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange.

All orders can be returned online or instore within 14 days for free, or can be exchanged within 28 days in store for free.

Include your despatch note and securely package your items before returning.

We will email you when we have received the item in our warehouse. Your refund will then be in your account within 5 working days.

Returns are also FREE in all stores. 

What is a ‘working day’?
Monday-Friday, not including Bank Holidays.

If you require a returns note to make a return, you can either refer to your order confirmation email and write your order number, reason for return and contact details (name, address and phone number of person who purchased the items) on a piece of paper and simply pop it inside your parcel. Package the parcel up securely and you can then return your order for FREE via our returns portal within 14 days of receiving the goods. 

Or you can take your unwanted items along with the order details to a JD store for FREE within 14 days of receiving the goods, or they can be exchanged instore within 28 days.

Whichever way you choose to return your order, all you need is your order number which you can find in your order confirmation email.

Returns to store are FREE. 

Just head down to one of our stores nationwide, take your despatch note and the goods you want to return, and the store team will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange. 

Underwear is non-refundable for hygiene reasons. Swimwear returns will only be accepted if the hygeine seal is still intact. 

Personalised items will only be accepted if the personalisation text is incorrect or if the product is faulty.

If you've ordered through an instore kiosk and would like an exchange or to return an item, you will need to do this instore as we are unable to process exchanges or returns for kiosk orders via our returns portal.

Orders bought in store can not be returned online ro via our online returns portal.
