In the unlikely event that you haven’t received an email within 10 working days of returning your items. Contact our Customer Care Team and we’ll help you out.
Make sure you let us know your original order number, which items you have returned and any delivery reference numbers when you contact us.
Please allow a further 3-5 days for your refund to show in your account.

Yes you can return your unwanted online or store bought items to any of our stores for FREE, however ALL JD SPORTS STORES IN REPUBLIC OF IRELAND ARE CURRENTLY CLOSED.
Due to the current situation we are extending our returns policy to allow a refund on any unwanted purchases up to 28 days from when our stores re-open. This includes items bought from store before lockdown.
Head down to one of our JD stores, take your dispatch note and the goods you want to return, and the store team will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange.

Include your despatch note and securely package your items before returning.
We will email you when we have received the item in our warehouse. Your refund will then be in your account within 5 working days.

CHRISTMAS RETURNS: From Friday 16th October 2020 - Monday 4th January 2021 our refund and exchange policy will be relaxed instore and online. Refunds and exchanges will be given at any time during this period as long as the goods are accompanied with a valid receipt. All other terms and conditions apply.

Underwear is non-refundable for hygiene reasons. Swimwear returns will only be accepted if the hygeine seal is still intact.
Personalised items will only be accepted if the personalisation text is incorrect or if the product is faulty.
If you've ordered through an instore kiosk and would like an exchange or to return an item, you will need to do this instore as we are unable to process exchanges or returns for kiosk orders via our returns portal.
