Return your order to stores for FREE and it will be processed at the checkout instantly, your repayment will be made in 3-5 working days depending on your bank. All orders can be returned within 28 days of receiving your item.

Returns are FREE through our online portal. All orders can be returned within 28 days of receiving the items. Please allow 10 working days for the item to be delivered to the warehouse once posted, and a further 3-5 working days for the return to be processed and credited to your account.

It has come to our attention that a very small number of the infants McKenzie tracksuits have a manufacturing defect which results in a sharp edge forming on the plastic poppers at the shoulder of the sweatshirt. This can create a potential scratching hazard. What is a ‘working day’?

As soon as your return has been received and checked by our warehouse team , we’ll email you to let you know.
In the unlikely event that you haven’t received an email within 10 working days of returning your items. Contact our Customer Care Team and we’ll help you out.
Make sure you let us know your original order number, which items you have returned and any delivery reference numbers when you contact us.
Please allow a further 3-5 days for your refund to show in your account.

Underwear is non-refundable for hygiene reasons. Swimwear returns will only be accepted if the hygeine seal is still intact.
Personalised items will only be accepted if the personalisation text is incorrect or if the product is faulty.
If you've ordered through an instore kiosk and would like to return an item, you will need to do this instore as we are unable to process returns for kiosk orders via our returns portal.
Customers cannot exchange items changing to other items/size in store of online items.
