Order and Deliveries
Our opening hours are:
8.00am - 8.00pm Monday to Friday
09.00am to 5.00pm on Saturday
10.00am - 6.00pm Sundays and Bank Holidays.

1. Check Your Delivery Date.
You can find your estimated delivery date on your Order Confirmation email.
Currently standard delivery is between 5 and 7 working days (does not include Saturday and Sunday). Delivering Monday to Friday.
Express delivery is within 2 working days (does not include Saturday and Sunday). Delivering Monday to Friday.
Click and collect is within 7 days. We will let you know when it has arrived in store and available to collect.
2. Track Your Order.
Check the tracking link we sent in your despatch email to view up to date tracking information. Allow 48 hour after despatch to check.

3. Check Your Details.
Sign into your account to check we have the correct delivery information for your order and that all of your contact details are up to date.
Check with your neighbours. If you weren't in then the courier may have left the parcel with one of your neighbours. Check in any safe areas the driver may have left your parcel, such as in a porch or garden shed.
4. Contact Us.
If you still have not received your order and it is passed the estimated delivery date contact our Customer Service team quoting your order number.
We deliver to the Republic of Ireland only.
€4, or FREE when your orders over €70.
Your order will be delivered within 5-7 working days (does not include Saturday and Sunday).

We're pretty quick at picking and packing your order, therefore we need to be quick to change or cancel your order once your purchase has been confirmed. If you contact Customer Care as soon as possible, within half an hour of placing your order, webe able to help
If you are missing an item from your order, before contacting Customer Care please take the following steps.
1. Check Your Emails
We will let you know via email that an item has not been despatched or cancelled, this can be due to it being out of stock. Please check your inbox including Spam/Junk emails.
Please note that we will provide a full refund for any items that have not been sent.
It can take up to 5 working days (does not include Saturday and Sunday) from when you received the email to get the full refund. Please allow this time before contacting Customer Care.
2. Check Your Order Status
Occasionally we send orders in split parcels, we will let you know via email or in your account. Please check your despatch information.
3. Contact Us
If you item is still missing please contact Customer Care and we will be able to help.
All our home delivery orders are trackable. You can track your order Here. You will also have received a despatched email with a tracking link for your order or alternatively you can log in to your account and view the tracking in your order history.
When we send your despatched email there can sometimes be a delay between this being sent and the carrier receiving the order. As a guide, please allow up to 24 hours for your order information to be visible
Collect from Store orders are tracked internally but this cannot currently be provided to the customer. We will email you once your order is in store.
Once the order has been processed a confirmation email will be sent to you. This is usually within a few hours.
Please note that this may go into your junk/spam email folder if you have not shopped with us online before.
Alternatively, you can check the status of your order by logging into your account and then clicking on My Orders.
We have instore kiosk devices where you can order you parcel to be delievery instore or to your home adress.
Kiosk orders will be delivered within a 4-6 working days.
If you selected standard delivery we will email you with a tracking link when the goods have been despatched so you can track the delivery with our courier.
If you have requested a Collect from Store delivery, once your order has been delivered to the store we will send you an email and SMS message informing you that your order is ready for collection. The delivery time will vary from store to store but it will usually be within a few working days.
You must return your order to store as we cannot accept returns by the post that are bought through a kiosk.
If you're having issues with your delivery, then please check the status of your order by using one of the below methods:
Check the tracking link we sent in your despatch email to view the latest tracking information. Allow 48 hours to track your order from it being despatched.
Sign into your JD account by clicking here and check your order history or simply use the track my order link to see the latest update of your home delivery.
If your estimated delivery date has passed and you haven’t received your order, please get in touch with our Customer Care team.
During busy periods confirmation emails may take longer than expected but please be assured we are working on your order!
Please also check your junk inbox as sometimes it can be there.
Standard delivery is currently made within 6-8 days of your order being placed.
Please allow this time for your parcel to arrive before contacting us.
