    If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date we’re here to help.

    Before contacting us it’s worth checking a few things first. Check the tracking link we sent in your despatch email to view up to date tracking information.

    Sign into your account to check we have the correct delivery information for your order and that all of your contact details are up to date.

    Check with your neighbours. If you weren't in then the courier may have left the parcel with one of your neighbours. Check in any safe areas the driver may have left your parcel, such as in a porch or garden shed.

    If you still can’t find your parcel contact our Customer Service team quoting your order number.

    If you've paid by credit or debit card just pop down to one of our JD stores nationwide, take your despatch note and the goods you want to return, and the store team will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange. 
    Unfortunately, we cannot take orders paid by PayPal back in store.

    To return by post we offer a free returns service via Parcel Motel. Simply register on the Parcel Motel and  select "I have a prepaid label for" and choose JD Sports from the dropdown menu.

    As soon as your return has been received and checked by our warehouse team , we’ll email you to let you know.

    In the unlikely event that you haven’t received an email within 10 days of returning your items. Contact our Customer Care Team and we’ll help you out. 

    Make sure you let us know your original order number, which items you have returned and any delivery reference numbers when you contact us
    You may be able to cancel your order but we’re pretty quick at picking and packing your order which means you’ll need to be quick. You can cancel your order up to 30 minutes after placing but you’ll need to contact our Customer Service team to do it.

    We do offer free return by post and in store, so if you no longer want your order you can return it to us.
    On occasions we are unable to send all of the items you have ordered. We will send you an email if you are to expect any missing items from your order so please check your mailbox. Some details may also be printed on your despatch note.

    We will refund any payment taken for items not sent.

    All our home delivery orders are trackable. You can track your order here. You will also have received a despatched email with a tracking link for your order or alternatively you can log in to your account and view the tracking in your order history.

    When we send your despatched email there can sometimes be a delay between this being sent and the carrier receiving the order, as a guide for UK orders please allow up to 12 hours for your order information to be visible. For orders to Ireland please allow up to 24 hours.

    Collect from Store orders are tracked internally but this cannot currently be provided to the customer. We will email you once your order is in store.

    Tracking may not be available on some International orders. Please allow the full delivery time before contacting.
    Once the order has been processed a confirmation email will be sent to you. This is usually within a few hours.

    Please note that this may go into your junk/spam email folder if you have not shopped with us online before.

    Alternatively, you can check the status of your order by logging into your account and then clicking on My Orders.

    Upon receipt of your goods in our distribution centre we aim to process your refund within 48hrs. This can sometimes be longer at busy periods. Once your return has been processed it can then take up to 10 working days for your refund to be returned to your account, depending on your payment method issuer.

    Your estimated delivery date is in your Order Confirmation email. Please allow until this date for your order to arrive.

    If you're having issues with your delivery, then please check the status of your order by using one of the below methods: 

    Check the tracking link we sent in your despatch email to view the latest tracking information.

    Sign into your JD account www.jdsports.co.uk/myaccount/ and check your order history or simply use the track my order link to see the latest update of your home delivery.

     If your estimated delivery date has passed and you havent received your order, please get in touch with our Customer Care team. 

    If you're having trouble placing your order, you may need to delete your cookies - a cookie is a small file we store on your computer to let us know who you are next time you visit us. On most internet browsers you can delete your cookies using 'Tools' or 'History'. 

     

    Please note if you have items in your basket that were added when you weren't logged in you'll need to make a note of the product name/code as deleting your cookies could clear this history. 

     

    Once you've cleared your cookies, close your browser, reopen it and visit our site again. You should be able to use it without anymore problems.

    Once an order's been placed we unable to add or change or amend any products from your order.

    Kiosk orders will be delivered within a 3-5 working days.

    If you selected standard delivery we will email you with a tracking link when the goods have been despatched so you can track the delivery with our courier.

    If you have requested a Collect from Store delivery, once your order has been delivered to the store we will send you an email and SMS message informing you that your order is ready for collection. The delivery time will vary from store to store but it will usually be within a few working days .

    You must return your order to store as we can not accept returns by post that are bought through a kiosk

    Standard delivery is a home delivery which is usually made within 2-3 days of your order being placed. Please allow this time for your parcel to arrive before contacting us.

    We understand you might need a little more time over the festive period to return items to us. From Sunday 3rd November you can return your items to us for a refund or exchange up until the Monday 6th January as long as they are accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. We are not able to process refunds or exchanges in store between the dates of 26th and 28th of December.
