Terms and Conditions There will be one winner chosen at random from those who repost a successful screenshot of the image posted on the @jdsportsie account and repost the screenshot on their Instagram account tagging @jdsportsie and #JDSOCKDARTIE. The winner will receive one pair of Nike Sock Dart trainers.

The winners will be contacted via direct message on Instagram within 48 hours of the competition closing. The prize is non-transferable and is subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to provide alternatives if required. Due to our Data Protection Policy, entrants must be aged 12 or over. Employees and their immediate family of JD Sports PLC and their associated companies or anyone else professionally connected with this competition are not eligible to enter. No purchase is necessary; all prizes are subject to availability. The winner must be a resident of the Republic of Ireland and must collect the prize from a JD ROI store of their choice – subject to store stock availability. The winner must also agree to have their picture taken with their prize in store and allow for the picture to be posted on JD Ireland’s social media channels.

Participation is not limited but all successful entrants must comply to the instructions detailed in the specific Instagram post to enter.

The competition will commence 03/10/2016 at 10:00 and will terminate on 05/10/2016 at 13:00.

The winner will be drawn at random from the successful entrants. The prize may not be exchanged for a cash value, nor is it transferable. If the prize is not available, JD Sports PLC is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize. The Promoters’ decision is final and binding on all the entrants, the running of the competition and the winners. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winner. JD Sports PLC reserves the right to change, alter or withdraw the competition at any time if circumstances make this necessary.

The winners will be notified by direct message on Instagram. In the event a winner does not communicate his/her acceptance within 24 hours, JD Sports PLC reserves the right to pick another winner and the person or persons not responding will waive their rights to a prize. For the names of winners, please send an S.A.E. to JD Sports Sock Dart Competition, Multi-channel Department, JD Sports PLC, Hollinsbrook Way, Pilsworth, Bury, Lancashire, BL9 8RR. JD Sports PLC will use personal information which you provide, or which we obtain through our dealings with you, to administer the competition. We may, with your permission, also use it to tell you about our products and offers, and for market research including analysis and development of our products and customer relationships.
