A cookie is a small text file of letters and numbers that is used to distinguish you from another user and enables swift passage from one page to the next on our website.

Most promotions apply automatically at checkout. Check your basket total when you add your items to the cart.

If you have a discount code or promotional code enter it in the box at checkout which states 'Discount Code', enter your code and click the REDEEM button. The discount will be applied to your basket total.

To get access to your student discount code via UNiDAYS simply register here and verify you are a student. Once you have your code enter it in the discount code box at checkout and click the REDEEM button. Student discount is available on selected lines only. To check our excluded lines list, click here.

To reset your password, please go to the login screen and choose 'Forgotten your password?', then follow the steps to reset your password via email. Once these steps have been completed you receive an email which will prompt you to create a new password and login again.

If you're having trouble logging in, our login page is case sensitive. Ensure that you are entering your email address/password exactly as you registered it. Some devices may automatically capitalise the first letter of your email address or password, so ensure that you change this letter to lower case before you attempt to login.

 

If your password isn't being accepted, you may need to reset it so we can provide you with a new one. To do this, click 'Forgotten your password?' and follow the steps to allow us to send you a new password.

 

If you're still having problems logging in, you may not have registered an account with us successfully when you placed your first order. You can check if you have an account registered by using the 'register for an account' option on the website. If you've not got an account, the website will allow you to register your details and create a new account.

To unsubscribe from our marketing emails, you can remove yourself immediately by clicking the 'unsubscribe' link that can be found at the bottom of one of our promotional emails. Please allow up to 72 hours for this to update.

If you no longer have access to one of our emails, please contact our data protection team at privacy.support@jdplc.com who will be happy to action this request for you.

If you're having trouble placing your order, you may need to delete your cookies - a cookie is a small file we store on your computer to let us know who you are next time you visit us. On most internet browsers you can delete your cookies using 'Tools' or 'History'. 

 

Please note if you have items in your basket that were added when you weren't logged in you'll need to make a note of the product name/code as deleting your cookies could clear this history. 

 

Once you've cleared your cookies, close your browser, reopen it and visit our site again. You should be able to use it without anymore problems.
