  • This promotion has been organised by JD PLC (“JD”), Hollinsbrook Way, Pilsworth, Bury, Lancashire, BL9 8RR..
  • The competition is open to all UK and ROI residents aged 18 and above with the exception of the JD employees, (or any company within the same group of companies as Millets http://www.jdsports.co.uk/page/our-brands/) their immediate families or friends, or anyone connected with the promotion.
  • No purchase is necessary. Entry into the competition is free. To enter you MUST follow all the instructions on the related competition Instagram post on @JDSportsIE, as follows; 1. FOLLOW @jdsportsie 2. LIKE the post 3. TAG (@) a friend in the comments of the post who you would like to bring
  • The winner will be chosen at random and will receive 2 x tickets to Taylor V Cameron on Saturday 20th May at 3Arena. Late entries will not be accepted. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost, damaged or delayed entries whether due to technical or connectivity problems or otherwise.
  • The winner will be notified by direct message via the @JDSportsIE Instagram channel. The winner must reply within 6 hours of being notified that he/she has won the Prize or the prize will be forfeited in its entirety.
  • The Prize is non-transferable and is subject to availability. Entries are non transferable. The promoter reserves the right to provide alternatives which, in the Promoter’s sole opinion, are a suitable alternative if the Prize is not available. Due to our data protection policy entrants must be over the age of 18.Transport/Accommodation and expenses are not included in this prize and the winner must arrange their own transport to the event.
  • There is no limit of entries per person, but duplicate guesses will only count once if correct. The entry pool will be filtered for duplicates prior to the random selection of the winner.
  • The prize is non-transferable and subject to availability. The promoter reserves the right to provide alternatives if the selected style and/or sizes are not available. No prize or cash alternative will be provided.
  • Employees and their immediate family of JD Sports Ltd, their associated companies or anyone else professionally connected with this competition are not eligible to enter the competition.
  • This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Twitter.
  • The information provided by users will only be disclosed to JD and not to Instagram.
  • By accepting the terms and conditions, the entrant releasesInstagram of any responsibility for the prize draw.
  • No purchase is necessary; all prizes are subject to availability. Participation is not limited, but all successful entrants must fill out their details above and agree to the terms and conditions. The competition will commence on 11/05/2023 and will terminate at 12:00 pm on 17/05/2023.
  • The promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to add to or waive any of these terms and conditions, or to cancel the competition at any stage, in the event of circumstance arising beyond its reasonable control. The prize may not be exchanged for cash value, nor is transferable.
  • The decision of JD is final and binding to all entrants with regards to the running of the competition and the selection of the winners. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winners. JD Sports has the right to change, alter or withdraw the competition at any time if circumstances make this necessary. The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram. The winner will be contacted after 12pm on 17/05/2023. When a response is received the winner will be announced publicly.
  • In the event the winner does not communicate his/her acceptance within 6 hours, JD Sports reserves the right to pick another winner and the person not responding will waive his/her right to the prize. You may be asked to share your images/videos with us on the completion of the event. For the name and county of the winner please send a S.A.E. to the JD Marketing Department, Hollinsbrook Way, Pilsworth, Bury Lancashire, BL9 8RR. JD will use personal information which you provide, or which we obtain through our dealings with you, to administer the competition. We may use any data you supply to tell you about our (and other companies within the JD Sports Fashion Group) products and offers, and for market research including analysis and development of our products and customer relationships.
